2 Volcanic Sand Beaches: Tenerife has some beaches that will leave you speechless and some are not golden sand, they are volcano ash sand.

There are two beaches that I love in the north of Tenerife, and both are made of volcanic sand. Even in this year 2020 they have been recognized with the distinction of Blue Flag.

One of them is Playa Jardín in the tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz. An exceptional place to enjoy the sea with the family, its nature and the views that its surroundings give you.

It contains landscaped areas that are worth admiring when you are taking a walk.

I love Puerto de la Cruz, it is a place that I recommend visiting.

LOS REALEJOS

Beaches Tenerife.

The other beach that I love and I go when I can, is El Socorro beach in the municipality of Los Realejos.

Its views are unbeatable, you will see part of the rugged volcanic coast of the north of Tenerife. If you like surfing, it is one of the ideal beaches to enjoy this sport.

You will be surprised by the contact you can have with nature. If you come to the island one day, I recommend that you visit this beach.

The two municipalities in the north of Tenerife work to have the best beaches, with all the services that are beneficial for you and thanks to this it has the Blue Flag distinction. We congratulate them for the effort they make.
