Discovering Pico Viejo’s Volcanic Formation

Pico Viejo, also known as Montaña Chahorra, is a volcanic peak located on the island of Tenerife. With a height of 3,135 meters above sea level, it is the second highest peak in the Canary Islands, after Teide.
